So in part one, I gave the short play-by-play from my shoot with Yana… and as I stated earlier, the scene itself turned out quite well. But picking up where I left off earlier about what it was like to shoot Yana, I have to be honest and say that there were two things that happened with her that kind of ticked me off during this shoot.

The first, and the biggest thing was that she came in saying that she had to be some place at a certain time, and was basically giving us a time constraint to do the shoot in. I have a problem with that. It pisses me off when a model wants to rush things with my shoot. I’m very conscious of my models and I try to move through the shoots and get things done as quickly as possible; because I don’t want a shoot to take the entire day either. I tell the girls it normally takes around 3 hours for us to complete a shoot… but it takes as long as it takes. And if a model is being difficult, rushing things, and not giving me what I need in the scene, then it takes us that much longer.

The other thing that irritated me had to deal with this photo right here on the left. Now we talked about the cumshot before hand, and Yana told both me and Artem “flat out” that she liked sperm and was going to swallow for us in the scene. Now as you can clearly see from the photo… no swallowing took place in this scene. But that’s not what caused a problem for me. Honestly, I wasn’t even thinking about that while doing the scene… I just came wherever it felt right for me at the moment.

The problem came after I had showered her with cum, and we needed to get some stills of it. That was when she made it clear that she truly didn’t like cum and did NOT appreciate being hosed down in it. Now why is this a problem for me?? Because she lied to us about liking it, and then got pissed when she got hosed down and had to sit for a few stills. I went and talked to her after she got out the shower to see why she was so mad, because she really had no reason to be. And by then she had settled down and said she was fine and that everything was cool. Honestly, it really wasn’t that big of a deal to begin with. I really felt like she was making a big deal about nothing. So we squashed it and moved on.

At this point, Yana and I are cool… and I’d have no problem shooting with her again in the future. I would like to see her at her best (physically) though. I felt she came in a little out of shape for my shoot, and I know if she hit the gym for a few weeks she could really tighten up and show off that killer body I’ve seen from her before. Yana

I first found out about Yana when I saw some of her pics online, and I instantly fell in “lust”. Just based on her look, I thought “Wow, this girl has a lot of potential to go far in porn”. So I immediately booked her for a shoot.

The day of the shoot, she actually showed up like 30 minutes late… but at least she was apologetic. And since she DID manage to show up, everything was cool and we got down to business. Now, the only thing I knew of Yana came from the few pics I had seen of her, so when she walked in the door looking quite different from those pics that I had as my reference, I have to say that it was a little bit of a let down. I would’ve liked to see her come in a little leaner than she did… but that’s just my preference.

Anyways, as we prepared for the shoot, I gotta say I’m always amazed with the selection of clothes (or lack there of) the models bring with them to a shoot. One of the best things I learned from the few test shoots I did early on was to never depend on a model to bring the right clothes for a shoot. So I always have my trusty suitcase full of various outfits for girls to put on, should the need arise. Anyways, I was checking what Yana had on, and she was wearing this little black thong that had “sexy” written across the front. I thought that added a nice little personal element to things, so I told her to keep that on and gave her one of my white cami tops to complete the outfit.

This time we did the entire shoot on the bed. We took a few stills and then started with the video. The shoot went down fairly smooth overall… we didn’t have any “major” problems like we’ve had in some previous shoots. And the scene (from what I’ve seen of it thus far) turned out really good.

But now for the real question… What is Yana like to work with?? Well, I would say she’s sort of in the middle. She didn’t make my job difficult (like I’ve had in shoots before), but at the same time she isn’t one of those girls that just makes shooting her so easy and natural. I know Yana has had a fair amount of porn experience before meeting me, but I found she needed a lot of direction and just wasn’t as experienced from a “modeling” standpoint as I had expected her to be. I also have to put some blame on myself, because as the director I should be able to draw out of even the most amateur of models, the energy or vibe that I want for a particular shoot. But as a rookie myself, still learning the ropes as I go, sometimes things are more difficult for me than they would be for the experienced porn director. I still have a lot to learn, but I’m trying my best. To be continued…
